The film “Cafeteria Man” follows Tony Geraci for two years as he attempts to reform the dysfunctional school lunch program in the the large urban school district of Baltimore, Maryland.
Transforming school lunch programs is not easy–especially in large, bureaucratic school districts. Geraci left the Baltimore district after two years with some successes, but unable to fulfill many of his promises for reform.
