Monsanto, Dow, Bayer, DuPont and the other GMO biotech giants make a lot of money from GMOs (genetically modified organisms) – and they spend a lot of money on propaganda.
Amazingly, in spite of the millions of dollars spent on ads, bribery of Congressmen, and PR “news creation”, most people are skeptical if not outright suspicious of GMOs and want these “foods” labeled.
And yet, in California, the effort to required labeling was defeated.
