Soy has the FDA’s stamp of approval as a heart healthy food. Is it really? 

Here’s what one study found…

Nutritionist Dr. Greger compares the effect of soy and other beans on heart disease. For over a decade, soy foods have enjoyed the benefit of an FDA label health claim that says that soy can fight heart disease. While there is a U.S. dried bean council, soy has become really powerful. A study out of Tulane University said that other kinds of beans are twice as good at fighting heart disease.
