To Snack or Not to Snack?
What does the science say?
There’s a mountain of “conventional wisdom” about the health effects of how frequently we eat and when we eat. We’ve been told to eat small meals throughout the day, but we’ve also been told to eat bigger meals and never eat snacks. We’ve been told to eat more in the morning and less in the evening, to never eat after a certain time of day, and to never skip breakfast.
