The trouble with modern wheat…
It might have been the “staff of life”but the wheat we eat these days is not what is used to be.
Missing from the video: glyphosate. Farmers not only use it to suppress weeds, they also spray it on wheat to dry it out uniformly so they can harvest it when the thresher is available – not when the crop is actually ripe and ready for harvest.
