Superbugs causing bladder infections

Antibiotics are routinely given to factory farmed chickens, even healthy birds, to increase their growth rate. 

New research show a direct link between a superbug, resulting from eating chicken raised on antibiotics, and bladder infections.

Eight million women suffer from bladder infections. These infections are becoming more common, lasting longer, and are more expensive to treat due to the resistance to antibiotics.
