The labels are legal, but they lie

The labels say “no fat” and “zero calories.”

Many people use nonstick sprays in cooking to reduce the amount fat and calories in their diets. What are they really getting? Pam claims that there are no calories in their sprays and no fat. But the only ingredient in standard Pam is Olive Oil, fat itself.
