Bananas are high in potassium and can help lower blood pressure. They’re also rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They’re a great source of iron, which helps fight anemia.

Did you know: many people use banana peels to whiten their teeth. Really. Rub the inside of a banana peel on the surface of your teeth for two minutes twice a day before brushing. You should see results in about two weeks.
