A doctor has to teach practicing medical school trained and certified doctors physicians and nurses how to take a blood pressure reading – without totally screwing it up.
(But they sure can write orders for the latest poorly-tested drugs.)
This is the equivalent of having to teach car repair garage owners how to change oil because in their ineptitude they are damaging so many cars.
Sums up the quality of “health care” in America better than any ten volumes on the subject ever could.
