Costco Recalls Frozen Berries
Hepatitis A outbreak in Western US states
The FDA is investigating an outbreak of Hepatitis A in Western states, linked to frozen organic berry mix.
As of June 18, 2013, over 100 cases of Hapatitis A have been reported, and all are linked to berries purchase as Costco.
The berry mix was sold by an Oregon company, by the fruit came from all over the world. The likely cause of the outbreak is pomegranate seeds from Turkey.
