A slow motion, but accelerating disaster
High prices and ineffective methods are the goal

We address the two fundamental problems with health care in the US today:
#1. The system loves high prices
#2. It doesn’t care if the things it sells you work or not (in fact, it works better for them if they don’t.)
Now suddenly US “health care” makes sense, doesn’t it?
It’s not about health at all. It’s about one thing and one thing only: M-O-N-E-Y.
We use an example from cardiology to reveal how hyper-expensive “services” that don’t work are preferred by insurance companies and doctors over cheaper, safer, more effective methods.
Meanwhile, note the irony in getting the population riled up with slogans like “Health care is a human right.”
The more fundamental issue – the utter corruption of the purpose of medicine, and how it has been corrupted – is never brought up by any side, Right, Left or in between.
After all, what is the “triumph” in gaining access to a system designed to do nothing but rack up the highest costs possible and that ignores effectiveness entirely?
