Josh Knox describes how he decided to give up eating meat. After he was stuck in a snowstorm driving to Tahoe years ago, he had a conversation that led him to take on a plant-only diet.

Knox is a successful bodybuilder and has a pretty high protein demand to keep him going. His friend asked him to go seven days without animal products. As of the recording, he had been vegan for 1.5 years.
