Where the food comes from

Overwhelmingly, the world’s “poor” get their food from small, ecologically sustainable farms.

That’s how it used to be in the US too not all that long ago.

Now we’re all “modern” – and losing the ability to produce sound food.

By “sound” I mean “sound” I mean food grown on naturally fertile land, sustainably maintained by intact communities and people.
