A study released in September, 2012 by Stanford University showed there was no nutritional advantage to organic foods over conventional foods.
But did they measure what most consumers consider the reasons for buying organic foods? Anyone I know who cares about organic foods says “no!”
And long before the Stanford study, food journalist Michael Pollan asked the question: “is organic food a fad?”
