Vegetarianism, Veganism May Not Extend Lifespan
Unless you learn the whole story
This is Part One of a series
Despite many claims to the contrary, adopting a vegetarian or vegan diet does not necessarily lead to better health or a longer lifespan. Michael Greger, M.D., introduces three extensive studies, which show that vegetarians have the same average lifespan as meat-eaters.
Surprisingly, vegetarians and vegans also suffer the same rates of colon cancer and heart disease. And inexplicably, herbivores are twice as likely to die of degenerative brain diseases.
Here’s the million dollar question…Is there something vegans can do to change this?
Yes there is!
This video is just Part One of a series, so don’t freak out
Being a vegan is the correct choice (in my opinion).
There are just a few things that you must know and do to reap all the benefits – and we will cover that in the coming parts.
Here they are for those who are freaked out and want to do something now 🙂
